Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics-STEM, mini–Science Lab designed to benefit students. Encompassing the core subjects emphasized with this innovative learning environment. STEM lab is an interdisciplinary approach to education that focuses on these four fields. Emphasizing students’ interest and proficiency in their academic pursuits. It is primarily established n areas where students are logging behind academically, such as rural schools with the goal of generating interest in academics and reducing dropout rates.

The main objectives of STEM lab are to develop a strong foundation in science and mathematics at the school level.

These labs provide students with a solid understanding of scientific principles and mathematical concepts. STEM lab places emphasis on critical thinking, problem solving and analytical ski9lls, creating an engaging classroom environment. The pandemic has a significant impact on the educational system. Particularly affecting government school students.

To get rid of fear of students, With the support of SUN Network Foundation and CRY, Bangaluru, PRAGATHI established 4 STEM centers in 3 ZP High Schools and one community center at village level. It has an opportunity of the academics switching to online platforms to develop their subject knowledge through the use of Interactive panel board and different models. These are helped the children pursue their goals and bridge academic gaps.

Although we have achieved limited results in this short period.

We anticipated significant changes as the STEM lab in the coming academic years. We have observed a noticeable improvement before and after the introduction of STEM Labs. 1462 children covered in 4 STEM centers. Papanaidupeta Community center is running successfully and the other were handed over to the school management. Those centers are also running by the school teachers and our team are visited the center when their monitoring visit to the schools.
